Bow offers access to all essential utility, municipal and telecommunication services. The Town is served by the Unitil Corporation (electricity) and Keyspan (natural gas). Municipal water and wastewater services are under construction to a large portion of the newly created Business Development District. Telecommunication services are offered through Verizon.

The Town of Bow has established the Bow Business Development District to encourage commercial and industrial development in the corridor to the east of Rte. 3-A, along the Merrimack River. The Town has committed to a $12,000,000 infrastructure improvement project to bring water and wastewater services within this zoning district.
