The BEDC owns the development rights to this 32 acre site ideally situated halfway between Concord and Manchester.
The site is easily accessible from the north via I-9# Exit 12S or from the south via I-93 Exit 11
The site is situated within the Town’s Business Development District and will be served by the new water and wastewater systems (under construction).
The BEDC is in process of obtaining necessary wetland and town permits to be ready for development upon completion of the water and wastewater systems.
